Teaching Education Assistance Grant Grant: does not have to be repaid Available to undergraduate and graduate students who are completing or who plan to complete course work needed to begin a career in teaching.

The student must sign an agreement to serve as a full-time teacher at certain low-income schools or within certain high-need fields for at least four academic years.

Iraq and Afghanistan Service Grant Grant: does not have to be repaid For students who are not Pell-eligible; whose parent or guardian died as a result of military service in Iraq or Afghanistan after Sept. 11, 2001; and who, at the time of the parent's or guardian's death, were less than 24 years old or were enrolled at least part-time at an institution of higher education. Up to $5,500 School disburses funds to students

You will receive a commission as a U.S. military officer upon successful graduation.
